Sous Vide Salmon
Pat dry salmon and dry rub with salt and dill.
Melt butter on the skillet and sear the salmon, at least 3-5 minutes on each side to achieve a golden brown color, or longer as desired. Add additional salt and dill seasoning, as needed.
Serve with a slice of lemon on the side.
Ready to serve in under 10 minutes.
120g fresh salmon
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Garlic Salt/Powder
Dash of dried dill
5 g grass fed butter
