Keto Friendly Lasagne
PREPARE THE SAUCE
- Saute meat with garlic salt and pepper.
- Cut sausage into small pieces and cook with the meat.
- Add the tomato sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- While waiting for the sauce to simmer, preheat oven at 230C.
- Pan grill thin slices of aubergine to replace lasagne
- Layer grilled aubergine, spinach, lasagne sauce and mozarella.
- Top with Bechamel
- Bake for 20 minutes.
*Ready to serve in under 60 minutes.
500g ground pork
2 pcs vienna sausage
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozarella
1 pack Bechamel Sauce
2 large aubergines
1 cup baby spinach
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
