PREPARATION

PREPARE THE SAUCE

  1. Saute meat with garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Cut sausage into small pieces and cook with the meat.
  3. Add the tomato sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

LAYERING

  1. While waiting for the sauce to simmer, preheat oven at 230C.
  2. Pan grill thin slices of aubergine to replace lasagne
  3. Layer grilled aubergine, spinach, lasagne sauce and mozarella.
  4. Top with Bechamel
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

    *Ready to serve in under 60 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
500g ground pork
2 pcs vienna sausage
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozarella
1 pack Bechamel Sauce
2 large aubergines
1 cup baby spinach
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
