Tenderize the Meat

  1. In a pot, boil the meat together with garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Allow the meat to slow cook in the cast iron pot or pressure cook for 30 minutes. Test if the meat is tender enough.
  3. Let it cool.
  4. Remove the grease/oil.

Prepare the Dish

  1. Let the meat continue to boil in the pot together with the potatoes and carrots for another 15 minutes.
  2. Cook until the vegetables are cooked enough, but not mushy. Add the bell peppers, pineapples and beef buillon.
  3. Stir in a can of tomato puree.
  4. Add the green peas just before serving

    *Ready to serve in under 120 minutes.

500g beef cubes
2 pcs cerverlat sausage
1 can tomato puree
1 head green bell pepper
1 head red bell pepper
1 head yellow bell pepper
5 small potatoes, peeled and halved
3 slices pineapples
1 cup green peas
1/2 cup green olives, pitted
1 medium carrots, cubed
1 tsp garlic salt
1 cube beef boullion
Salt and Pepper to taste
